Arts Foundation of Cape Cod Announces Student Art Scholarship Winners Note to 2008 Student EntrantsKasey Rayder, a Chatham resident and senior at Chatham High School, is the first place winner of the Comcast Cape-wide Student Art Contest, the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod announced today. Rayder’s winning design will be featured on the official Arts Foundation of Cape Cod T-shirt commemorating the 23rd Annual TD Banknorth Annual Pops by the Sea concert on August 3, 2008. “We are proud to provide scholarship funding to student artists and support their high school art departments to emphasize the importance of art education in our schools,” said Tom Coughlin, Vice President of Comcast's Southeastern Massachusetts Region, which sponsors the annual student art competition. “We are committed to investing in the communities we serve and are happy to congratulate this year's winners."
