Arts Foundation and Citizens Bank Offering Free Outdoor Concerts This Summer
Centerville MA, June 19, 2006 - The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod and the Citizens Bank Foundation will offer free, weekly outdoor concerts in four Cape Cod towns this summer. The popular Citizens Bank Summer Concerts on the Green will return this year to Peg Noonan Park in Falmouth Village, and three new locations join the concert series program this summer in Dennis, Hyannis, and Eastham.
“There’s nothing better than a summer night outdoors on the Cape enjoying music by our local artists,” said Andy Philips, Vice President and Director of Community Sponsorships at Citizens Bank of Massachusetts. “Citizens is committed to the communities where we live and work and we are proud to sponsor the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s outdoor summer concert series. We look forward to many evenings of free family entertainment for Cape residents and summer visitors alike.”
Summer Concerts on the Green in Falmouth
The concerts in Falmouth will take place Friday evenings 6:00 p.m. through 7:30 p.m. at Peg Noonan Park, next to the Falmouth Public Library. The program for Falmouth includes:

The Falmouth concerts are offered in collaboration with the Falmouth Village Association and Pat Ryan of Full Spectrum Music.
Summer Concerts on the Harbor in Hyannis
The concerts in Hyannis will be offered at Aselton Park in Hyannis Harbor, at the corner of Ocean and South Street, on Tuesday nights at 6 pm.

Summer Concerts on the Bandstand in Dennis
The concerts in Dennis will be performed Mondays at 7 pm on the Dennis Village Green on Route 6A in Dennis.

Summer Concerts on Salt Pond in Eastham
The concerts in Eastham will be performed Wednesdays at 6 pm in the amphitheater at the Salt Pond Visitor Center at Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham.

All concerts are free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring a beach chair or blanket to the concerts. There will be no rain dates.
