Arts Foundation of Cape Cod Presents One-Day Workshop for Artists
Centerville, MA, October 31, 2006 - The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod will present a one-day seminar in Fine Art and Craft Photography for artists on Saturday, November 18 at Cape Cod Community College. Artists are invited to bring a piece of their work and their own camera equipment to the seminar, where they will learn how to take professional photographs of their own work for reproduction in print and digital media, and for building a successful portfolio.
Nationally recognized craft photographer Doug Long of Outermost Photography will present the workshop. Doug is a photographer, educator, and former craft photography columnist for The Craft Report, and has presented this workshop to Cape Cod artists for over a decade.
Attendance is limited to 12 participants, and enrollment is first come, first served. Register online at www.artsfoundation.org or by calling the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod at 508-362-0066. The workshop costs $50 per person, and participants are asked to bring a bag lunch.
