Arts Foundation of Cape Cod Presents Arts Marketing Course Marketing, branding, and new media for artists

The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod will present a new course this spring called “What’s Your Story? Personal Branding, Marketing, and New Media for Artists.” Arts marketing experts will present eight practical workshops for artists and cultural organizations to help them to identify their personal brand and use traditional and new media to powerfully convey their message to a targeted audience. What’s Your Story will be presented Tuesday evenings in April and May from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod in Centerville.

Each class is taught by an expert presenter on arts marketing, branding, or new media. Presenters include Jessica Burko, a professional arts marketing consultant (www.jessicaburko.com); Len Edgerly, a podcaster, blogger, and member of the boards of directors of the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) and the Western States Art Federation (WESTAF) (www.lenedgerly.com); Jim Hill, Principal of THRIVE! And Digital Quill Design (www.icanthrive.com); and Dave Caolo, publisher of Kaylow Media (www.kaylowmedia.com) and blogger for The Unofficial Apple Weblog, Parenting Post (the official blog of Parenting Magazine), Daddy Daze, DIY Life, and other national blogs.
